Services & Technology
PEMF
Pulse Electro Magnetic Filed Therapy is a way to recharge every cell in your body. The number one sign that your cells need energy support is pain. Pain and fatigue are your body’s cry for help.
Red Light Bed & Red Light Panels
Red Light Photobiomodulation therapy reduces oxidative stress and is an effective way to boost your training capacity or reduce inflammation and soreness.
Cryotherapy
Circulates freshly oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to the treated areas. Increases production of natural anti-inflammatory compounds that reduce swelling, promote cellular regeneration and accelerate healing. Slows pain signal transmission and triggers endorphins in affected areas, including back, neck, shoulders, hips, and knees.
Estem & NMES
A combination of therapeutic modalities to include E-Stem (Electrical Stimulation) to help decrease pain and inflammation, improve circulation and help muscles to contract properly and NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation) for muscle strengthening, maintenance of muscle mass and strength during prolonged periods of immobilization, and selective muscle retraining.
Hydromassage
A powerful traveling water jet delivers a relaxing full body massage as soothing streams of warm water and deep tissue penetration combine to deliver the perfect massage experience.
Hypervibe
Vibration has been shown to have a painkilling effect. The tremendous amount of vibration that you “feel” on a Whole Body Vibration machine causes you to become less sensitive to other forms of sensation, namely Pain sensation.
Stretching & Strengthening
Stretching and strengthening your muscles are important not only for treating pain, but also for helping to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Stretching is a valuable component of a treatment plan. Supple well-stretched muscles are less prone to injury, while less flexible muscles and connective tissues restrict joint mobility, which increases the likelihood of sprains and strains.
Cupping
An ancient healing therapy used for thousands of years is cupping. The technician places cups on your back, stomach, arms, legs, or other parts of your body. Within the cup, a suction force pulls the skin upward, drawing fluid into the treated area. Tiny blood vessels break open under the skin as the suction force expands. Just like your body sends blood to an injured area, cupping sends blood to the treatment area to stimulate a natural healing process.
Cranial Acupressure Massage
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and the underlying structures. CranioSacral therapy helps to release tensions or restrictions and compressions) that are deep in the body. CST is used to relieve pain and dysfunction, improving whole-body health and performance. When excessive tension in the Sympathetic and Autonomic Nervous Systems is released, the body is allowed to balance and self-correct.
Suboccipital Release
The Sub-Occipital Release softens the fascia and muscle tissue in the sub-occipital area, which helps with tension headaches and neck, shoulder, and back pain.
